These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests staying at The Garden Apartment.
By confirming a booking or staying at the property, guests agree to adhere to the following conditions.
BOOKINGS
Bookings are confirmed once availability is verified and payment arrangements are established. Guests must provide accurate contact details when making an inquiry or booking. The Garden Apartment reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in: From 14h
Check-out: By 10h
Alternative arrangements may be possible with prior agreement but cannot be guaranteed. Late check-outs without prior agreement may incur additional charges.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests, unless otherwise agreed. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property.
USE OF PROPERTY
Guests agree to treat the apartment, garden, and surrounding areas with care and respect. The property may not be used for parties, events, or gatherings without prior permission. Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the surrounding farm environment.
NOISE AND CONSIDERATION
Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 22:00 and 07:00. The Garden Apartment is part of a working farm and residential property, and consideration for neighbors and surrounding properties is required.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests may smoke outside in designated outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN AREA
The swimming pool and garden areas are unsupervised. Use of the swimming pool and surrounding areas is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. The owners of The Garden Apartment accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring in or around the swimming pool or garden areas.
PERSONAL PROPERTY AND VEHICLES
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Garden Apartment and its owners shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, vehicles, or other property belonging to guests. Vehicles parked on the property do so at the owner's risk.
DAMAGES TO PROPERTY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, equipment, or surrounding property during their stay. Any damage or breakages must be reported promptly. The owners reserve the right to recover the cost of repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning as necessary.
SECURITY
Guests are responsible for ensuring the apartment is locked when leaving the property. Windows and doors should be secured when the apartment is unattended.
RIGHT OF ACCESS
The owners reserve the right to access the property if necessary for maintenance, emergencies, or property management, while respecting guest privacy whenever possible.
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit.
Cancellations 14–30 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.
No-shows or early departures: Full booking value charged.
Date Changes: One date change permitted (subject to availability) if requested more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Within 14 days, treated as a cancellation.
Discretion
We understand that plans change. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit toward a future stay.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Garden Apartment shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
WEBSITE INFO
While every effort is made to ensure that information on the website is accurate, The Garden Apartment reserves the right to update or amend information without notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By confirming a booking or staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
